How many tiers are available?

There are currently three tiers: Tourist, Daredevil and Beholder.

Tourist tier has an schedule of one video every two weeks in FullHD. Daredevil tier features one video every week in FullHD. Beholder tier features one video every week in 4K.

What’s the difference between FullHD and 4K?

All videos are filmed in high quality 4K. Later on they are exported to FullHD or 4K depending on the intended tier. Exporting a video to FullHD from 4K source raw footage yields the best quality FullHD experience.

We recommend FullHD for those that are watching the videos up to 24″ monitors, it will keep quality and details great.

For larger monitors and SmartTVs, we recommend 4K.

How can I pay?

You can pay by credit card. Credit card payments are processed by Stripe, which is a very well known and secure payment platform.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed monthly. The first charge occurs the day you sign up. The following bills will be applied the same day of the month you signed up and not at the start of the following month. You can always check the next billing date in your profile.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription plan?

Yes, at any time. CAUTION: wait until the end of your billing date, otherwise you’ll pay the full amount. See bellow.

If I upgrade, do I have to pay the full amount?

Yes. There is no pro-rate subscription price. But we recon it’s not a problem because there is plenty of content to watch, so you can wait until the end of your billing date to upgrade.

If I downgrade, do I lose the extra money I paid?

Yes. For this reason, we recommend to wait just before the end of the billing date to downgrade.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. At any time. You’ll still be able to access the content until the end of your subscription date.

Why posts from Week 1 to Week 25 are missing?

We keep at least 100 video posts at all times. Every week there is a new video, so there is always new content. However, hosting video in paid platforms is expensive, so we trim the oldest posts.
