How to search for specific content?

Use the top search bar and start typing your search term. A drop down menu will appear and will start populating automatically as you type. The results are shown in descending alphabetical order. You can scroll down if you need to. Click on the desired result to open the post.

You can search by different criteria: week number, beach name, tier name and post title.

How to pay?

You can pay by credit card during registration.

How to change the payment method?

Go to ‘Account‘, then to ‘Subscriptions‘ and click on the three dots at the right of the screen. Select ‘Update‘ from the drop down menu.

How to check my billing date?

Go to ‘Account‘, then to ‘Subscriptions‘ and under ‘Subscription‘ you can see your next billing date.

How to upgrade/downgrade my subscription plan?

Before upgrading/downgrading, take into account that you will pay the full amount again, it is not pro-rated. Go to ‘Account‘, then to ‘Subscriptions‘ and click on the three dots at the right of the screen. Select ‘Change Plan‘ from the drop down menu. The available subscription will appear along with pricing information. Click on ‘Select Plan‘.

How to cancel my subscription?

Go to ‘Account‘, then to ‘Subscriptions‘ and click on the three dots at the right of the screen. Select ‘Cancel‘ from the drop down menu. Note that even with your subscription cancelled, you’ll still have access to the content until the end date of your subscription.

How to delete my account?

You must cancel your subscription first. Once your subscription is cancelled, go to your ‘Account‘ section and click on ‘Delete account‘. Type in your account registered email address and click ‘Submit‘. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours informing that your account has been deleted.

How to recover my deleted account?

It is not possible to recover a deleted account. All data associated with the account is purged at the moment of the account deletion.

How to reset the password?

When logged out, go to the login screen and choose ‘Click here‘ under ‘Forgot Password?‘. Enter your username or email address and click on ‘Request Password Reset‘. A link to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address. If you don’t see the email message in your inbox, check the spam folder.
